Ingredients:
250 gr fresh milk
200 gr all purpose flour
110 gr eggs
15 gr sugar
15 gr butter
7 gr instant yeast
4 gr salt
 
Methods:
Mix altogether the ingredients (except butter) together according to the video, then rest 15 mins.
Grease the pan with butter and cook the batter on top of the pan.
After being cooked, sprinkled with icing sugar or other toppings you like.
