Legend of Marie Antoinette
The curious tale of the croissant continues with another legend concerning the infamous Austrian queen, Marie Antoinette. At the age of 14, she was sent to France to marry the future King Louis XVI. Her homeland was missed by the lonely young girl and asked the court bakers to make her the kipferl she remembered from home. Together with other little pastries from her homeland, she presented it to the court. They became collectively known as the Viennoiserie. later in the next blog I will tell about the history of entering France.
Croissants can really be combined with many additions from sweet to salty, such as chocolate jam, peanuts, pineapple, strawberries, milk, as well as beef, chicken, pork, etc. today I'm going to make a croissant filled with vegetables and pork. as in the photo

so that's all for today see you on the next blog on the next blog as well as I will tell you about croissants so enjoy and don't forget to make croissants with your own flavor variants.
